Claire's class was assigned an architectural project that coincided with "Denver History Month". The students were to make a model of a historical building in Denver. As soon as Claire received the assignment, both Claire and I knew this was one that needed Justin's participation. He gladly accepted the challenge (especially when I mentioned that two of the kids in Claire's class were the children of architects).
Claire and Justin shopped for the supplies, and actually drew out a "blueprint" of what they wanted to do...complete with actual working lights. The process of building the model began three weeks ago, and was completed the night before the project was due at 10 PM. WHAT AN ORDEAL!! Anyway, I think both Justin and Claire were proud of their results. We now are waiting on a grade to see if Ms. Leighty were impressed.
